Welcome to Our Physical Classes

We are pleased to announce that due to overwhelming interest expressed on physical classes, we had restarted the physical classes along with our digital presence, in 2021-22. 


Since last academic year, the response has been growing exponentially. So we are happy to announce that we are moving to a larger physical class facility from June 2023, to support more students. 

After all digital interaction can never replace face to face interaction, continues to hold good.

Meet The Founders

Ms. Asha Anand
​B.Sc, B.Ed [Maths Major]

The key promoter of Enlighten Online and the foundation of this venture. She is a dedicated teacher, with an experience of over 30 years.

Her multifarious experience and exposure has resulted in a deep  understanding of the education system over the last 25 years, the psychology and needs of students and psychology of the parents. Her degree in mathematics major has lent the required scientific bent of mind while her vast experience has given her the required skill set and understanding of education as a profession. Her passion for teaching has given her the required knack of communicating difficult concepts in the simplest ways. She completed the management program for women entrepreneurs with the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), to enhance her managerial skills. 

Her rich experience in interfacing with the student community for over 30 years, lends her the credibility to effectively take on roles of educational counselor, career adviser and a coach.

Dr. Anand K
​Ph.D, BITS Pilani

A partner to this venture and an advisor. After working in the pharmaceutical industry for over three decades, he is now a part of this venture out of passion and liking for doing something for the next generation.

During his industrial phase of career, he has been the internal faculty and soft skills trainer for the lower and the middle management group of staff. He had also taught Pharmaceutical Operations and Management as a subject to the masters program students from BITS Pilani and guided close to 8 students in their MS Thesis. 

At Enlighten Online, he coaches the students of Classes 6, 7 and 8. He believes this is the age group to inculcate the right kind of fundamental concepts and understanding of the subjects and critical phase of schooling for a sustainable knowledge base for the future.

A PhD in Management from BITS Pilani, done under the guidance of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore [IIMB] faculty at its campus, enriched by     a span of 30 years of industrial career, lends him sufficient knowledge and skills for the roles of counselor, mentor, student psychology facilitator, and soft skill trainer. 

Outside Enlighten Online, Dr. Anand also enjoys sharing his experiences with students of management schools, through invited lectures.
